This means an inspection has already been conducted on the property by an independent building inspector and is ready to download immediately.
It only costs $50 to download a copy of the report and you only pay the balance if you purchase the property.
The balance is payable upon signing of the contract or 6 weeks from the inspection date (whichever is the sooner)
