This is to confirm you are authorising Compare Inspections to offer Ready Reports on your behalf and accept the following terms and conditions:
You are responsible for entering the full price for reports on offer in the appropriate Services section.
There will be NO initial charge for Vendors or their agents when ordering these reports. We will however perform a $1 preauth transaction to capture their credit card details.
Buyers may buy a copy of this report from our website for $50 and their credit card details will be temporarily captured.
Upon the Contract being signed or 6 weeks of the report date (whichever is sooner) the Vendor must notify Compare Inspections of the property Purchasers details.
If the Purchaser bought a copy report we will contact them for the balance of the Full Price.
If the property did not sell or the Purchaser did not buy a copy report the Vendor will be required to pay the balance minus any copy sales.
Distribution of all monies to Inspectors will only occur after final payment has been made.
Compare Inspections will seek to recover the final payment using the above process and stored card transactions. Compare Inspections however does not accept responsibility for recovering the balance amounts in which event becomes the responsibility of the Inspector.
